Returns & Refund Policy for Evam

 

We at Evam are committed to providing you with high-quality products that are handcrafted with love and care. Handcrafted, as you might already know, does sometimes come with imperfections. We hope you enjoy your purchase and appreciate your support for our artisans.

However, if at all there is a damage/defect  in the product, we offer you an exchange or a credit note:

• To request a return, you must email us diyati.ventures@gmail.com or whatsapp us on phone number +919606315452 within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with your order number and a picture of the damage/defect.
• Once we receive your email or phone call and verify the damage/defect, you will be given the option to choose between an exchange or a credit note. For the return, we will only require the product and the invoice. You will need to ship the same to the address we provide, along with the original invoice. We request you to ensure that the product is packed in the same manner as was sent to you. Do note that the cost of return shipment is to be borne by the customer.
• After we receive the product and inspect it, you will either get the same product depending on its availability or will be issued a credit note for the full value of the product. The credit note will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue and can be used to purchase any product from our website.
• The credit note will be issued within seven days of receiving the product.
